Johnny Murrell:
Fri May 30th, 7:30pm
Tulsan rock/ soul piano troubadour Johnny Murrell will be lighting up the Steinway baby grand on Fri May 30th for two 45 min sets. (Johnny’s site here.)
Johnny is a soul-stirring frontman whose sound blends Tulsa soul with New York rock & roll. His voice moves effortlessly from smokey soul to smooth pop, drawing comparisons to John Legend and Elton John. After a buzzworthy set at SXSW, Johnny has summer shows in Austin, NYC, and DC, but is ready to light up the room at the Treehouse with his powerful, piano-drive mix of rock, soul and swagger.

8:45-ish: 2nd set (45 min)
9:30 and on: social hour
Seating limited to approx 50.

New England-born singer/ songwriter Caroline Cotter will bring her unique blend of acoustic folk to the Treehouse on April! 5th, for two 45 min sets. (Caroline’s site here.)
A nationally-touring performer since leaving Colby College, Caroline has been sweeping audiences up into her spell for years. With her angelic voice and sunlit soundscapes, her songs channel poetic themes of connection, nostalgia, gratitude, loss and wanderlust.
